NO KYC CASINO

Privacy Notice

A site about privacy should be exact about its own. This notice says what No KYC Casino (nokyccasino.co) learns about you, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because we collect little.

Who is responsible for your data?

No KYC Casino is the data controller for the personal data described here. Reach us through our contact form or by post, care of Hyperbet Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. There is no email address or phone line.

What do we collect, and why?

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and which links are used. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> and records page views, clicks on offers and outbound links, your approximate location (derived from your IP address) and your device and browser type. We use it to decide what to write next and to find broken pages. Our legal basis is consent where the law requires it, and otherwise our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

The contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name you give, the reply contact you choose (an email address or a Telegram or X handle), the subject and your message. They are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. We use them only to answer you and, where you report an error, to fix it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

Hosting and delivery. The site is hosted through Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare. To serve a page they process request data such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser details, as any web server must.

Affiliate and promo links. Some links lead to operators' sites. Once you leave No KYC Casino, the destination may set its own cookies and collect its own data under its own policy, which we do not control.

What do we not do?

No accounts, no newsletter, no payments. We hold no passwords, wallet addresses, seed phrases, card details or betting history, and we never ask for them. We do not sell personal data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long do we keep it?

Contact-form messages are kept as long as we need them to answer you and handle any follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.

Does data leave the UK or the EU?

Google, Supabase, Lovable and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on the transfer safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses.

What are your rights?

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data (access), have it corrected (rectification) or deleted (erasure), object to our use of it, ask us to restrict that use, and receive data you gave us in a portable format. Send a request through our contact form or by post to the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live.

How do I control cookies?

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. The site works without them.

Will this notice change?

If what we collect changes, we update this page and the date it shows.
